We provided a number of services for this project. We provided a full time Cx Planner who liaised directly with the client planners and GCs planners to incorporate the tagging structure/Cx activities. We provided Cx Owner’s Representative Services working directly for the client. We liaise directly with other Owner’s Representatives, the CxA and GC in delivering a successful project. We worked in the recovery of the projects with a small team based on site using our specialist engineers where we targeted areas that needed assistance. We liaise directly with the client and GC teams.

We provided Cx Owner’s Representative Services working directly for the client. We liaise directly with other Owner’s Representatives, the CxA and GC in delivering a successful project. We provided Cx planning services where we took the GC’s Cx schedule, re-built the schedule showing a 4 month saving and presented it back to them. We worked alongside other stakeholders to integrate the Cx schedule.

We provided Cx Owner’s Representative Services working directly for the client. We liaised directly with other Owner’s Representatives, the CxA and GC in delivering a successful project. We provided Cx oversight services where we built and issued a Cx schedule to the GC to demonstrate an earlier delivery of the project. At the time we were showing a 6 month earlier delivery. The GC incorporated our sequencing into their planning application.

We provide Program level support services where we have developed new strategies for commissioning. Alongside the development of the new strategies, we have produced a suite of documentation including Logic Diagrams, Testing protocols, Cx Plans and Cx schedules

We had been asked to review the Cx plan for a project which involved us obtaining Cx information, undertaking a review of it, attending the project to review the status and producing a report which detailed specific recommendations which would lead to an efficient delivery of the project
