We tailor our schedules to the clients requirements, produce the necessary narratives and leave interface milestones for construction elements to be linked with the project stakeholders.
The Commissioning Execution Plan works as the Cx plan for the program where we are developing new processes or testing methodologies. It normally supplements the clients program standards to deliver an end to end approach. We also produce Flushing Plans, Load Banking plans, Logic Diagrams, Testing Methodologies, Testing Scripts.
We offer traditional CxA services where we would work directly for the end user client. We can run testing and drive the project in the correct direction for a successful delivery.
On existing facilities or inflight projects we have often been involved with 'fault' finding to determine what is required to deliver the design intent. We also offer an oversight service which forms part of a Cx Audit/health check. We review Cx schedules, Cx Plans and Quality plans for our clients. We then produce detailed reports which get shared with other stakeholders (where required). We then work with the project stakeholders to implement any recommendations as required.
